[IMC-UK-Features] socpa proposal?

Not sure if this available on imc-uk, but is it possible to activate a Topic Alert Box?
 
I was hoping to propose for the socpa topic page an alert box for Sean Kirtley (first peaceful campaigner sentenced to a long term prison sentence under socpa sec.145, sequani campaigner). Thought it might be a good addition as many socpa newswire articles are AR related...
 
As I said before, not sure if this is possible, but thought it could fit under the UK Alert Box(s) (on the socpa page), or even above or below the upcoming coverage section. Not fully sure, but I thought it's quite relevant to SOCPA, so might be worthy of it...

Just to point out, I wasn't suggesting this as an animal liberation topic alert box, as there are a fair few prisoners and it would be unfair on others. As kirtley is the only long-term socpa prisoner, the suggestion is as a socpa topic alert box (if possible obviously)...
