[IMC-UK-Features] Topic Proposal: G8 Japan 2008

Hi

I propose a Topic (major report) to collect the three features about 
this year's G8 in Japan and the related postings in the wire. I know 
this proposal is somehow a late one, but it is basically for archiving 
purposes.
