[IMC-UK-Features] proposal: sequani

I would like to propose an action topic for the Stop Sequani Campaign / SSAT, there is a quantity of newswire links from this year alone, with the imprisonment of Sean Kirtley etc, and also lots of articles from previous years. there is only one feature though, so not sure if it would be suitable; /en/2005/05/311743.html
 
However, because a carnival against vivisection has been autonomously organised, i think it would be a good idea to create a sequani action topic so that the carnival in ledbury can be a startup special on the page for a while, before in time moving over to animal liberation & uk etc. Sean's appeal is also moving forward so I would be more than willing to propose features for this topic.
