[IMC-UK-Features] sequani topic / proposal

[Animal Rep]

I've worked out how to work wiki so all links from Dec 07 are there for the sequani topics (which is when the campaign kicked off again a bit more, at least online anyway). I also have changed the proposal for the link back to sequani instead of ssat, as I think it'd make more sense. 
 
If somebody could put it online after the Carmel Agrexco that'd be great. All details linked below.

I've put a feature together for the carnival against vivisection which I mentioned a while back as a startpage special for the stop sequani topic*. I'd also like to propose it nearer the date as startpage specials for animal liberation, health and SOCPA topics, a few weeks/month before? Then a few days before as a startpage special on the front page (IMC-UK) if possible?
 
It is all imc-linked so may seem unreliable, but its all being supported by many if not most animal rights/anti-visection groups (shac, stop sequani, warn, etc), so its reliability as an event isn't worth debating anymore I don't think.

3) Just to re-cap, I also proposed for the carnival to be in the upcoming coverage section a few days ago. Cheers for all who help, its much appreciated, will be getting more involved very soon.
