[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal: BNP licence application withdrawn

I think this works as a local feature for nottingham but is there enough
material to justify a feature for the UK page? The BNP being denied a
licence by a hierarchical council at hte behest of the Police is hardly a
victory for grassroots campaigns/anti fascists??
