[IMC-UK-Features] SHAC Action Topic

Providing that nobody objects to the topic special for the march & rally, I'd also like to also propose that there is a shac action topic, as there are features from years ago (like top hls suppliers newchurch closing). SHAC is the largest grassroots international campaign for animal rights / vivisection, forming in britain, as well as probably topping the most 'prison time' for any single issue campaign, with potentially another 15 more uk activists to be imprisoned, thanks to socpa. 
 
The campaign also launched in 1999 (which is earlier than wickham, oxford & sequani campaign), which all launched (or re-launched) in the last few years, so gives it more justification I think, along with its international status and prior victories (consort beagles & hillgrove cat farm - '97-99).
 
You can find the previous features that are collected in the rally & march html, and I could help collect together the newswire articles from this year, which will be around 20-50 I imagine. I will also be doing my best to cover upcoming shac trials & events so hope this sounds like a worthwhile idea.
