[IMC-UK-Features] changes to agrexco feature

Hiya,

I'm not sure who published the Agrexco feature but I've made some 
changes to it:

1. Removed the 'http://www.indymedia.org.uk' from article links. All 
links in features to other pages within UK Indymedia (articles) should 
start with '/en/2008/..'

2. I have added the titles to the newswire article links and 'previous 
action' links. In my opinion titles are easier to click on and people 
can actually see where they're going to.

3. Moved some of the text from the article body into the abstract to 
make it a bit more substantial.

4. Small changes to html, such as added <p></p> tags.

Nice one for publishing it though :-)
