Hiya,

I would like to propose a new topic page:

URL:  /en/actions/sea
Title: Actions At Sea
Description: Actions which happen at and/or related to our seas

The reason why I'd like to propose this topic page is because of the 
ongoing and intensifying campaigning by both greenpeace and the sea 
shepherd on the whaling issue as well as other campaigning which happen 
at and/or related to the seas. The Indymedia network covers mostly 
regional areas, but the vast majority of the planet is covered in water. 
I guess not much happens around the worlds oceans, but it would be nice 
to have a space to collect stuff that does happen.

There are tonnes of newswire items related to the recent Sea Shepherd 
adventures and a couple of features, with another one from Notts being 
published in a couple of weeks.
