[IMC-UK-Features] mid col and left links

Hi,

I have put this as a feature for london but could be a breaking news and
could tick uk (i.e. to appear in uk front page) with latest about social
centres:

394563 (one being left empty and another having an eviction date)

Also, I would like to propose to remove the banner named iMobile and
linking to a service that was contracted with a private company and that
was quite controversial when discussed here ... Actually maybe we could
remove all those banners since nowadays radio, video projects etc., are
usually more local projects?

I know this is not a strict feature proposal for mid col but all things
relating to edition of imc uk front page used to be discussed here,
apologies if now it is somewhere else
