[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal - EDO film tour

Hello

I've just published the 'On the Verge - The Film They Tried to Ban' on 
the UK's front page, and on the Culture topic. I think I have not left 
out any posting of the wire, but if I have, please add it. The feature 
is basically following thewallmustfall's proposal to this list a few 
days ago, but I've split the text in two blocks, one for the abstract, 
and the other for the content.

With all due respects Doug, since you say "I gave up working on 
features" why are you in this list then? I mean, this is a working 
list, specifically for people actively engaged in helping the 
production of features.

Imagine it as a workshop, or an office; would you be sitting there 
watching other people work?
