[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal - EDO film tour

Many thanks Maqui for putting this important feature up.

Since my dispute with certain admin, during which my hopes of becoming
more active with features were dashed, I have reverted to the role of just
a contributor. I take it that contributors are not excluded either from
the lists or from comment. I only post to the lists occasionally, though
read them regularly, and do not take part in IRC.

I do value the site and consider it a very important asset for campaigners
but there is no way I can work with a few of admin who seem to have an
excessive amount of editorial and technical control. I will, of course,
continue as a contributor.
