[IMC-UK-Features] feature proposal: Go Indymedia, go! - Response to the SHIfT article

After the mood of the IMC meeting I think to start the article "The
following is a collective response by IMC UK" isn't going to be a fair
reflection of the situation - it's a collective response by members of
IMC UK who feel the need to reply to this article.

I'm afraid I'm not going to have time to read the article properly
before Friday, but my immediate response would be that it needs to be
made less insular to be an accessible feature. Just scanning, it feels
like a pretty in-the-know dialogue that won't make a great deal of sense
unless you're aware of quite a lot of additional info (what Shift is,
what the article contains, why imc'ers are replying to this article,
what the discussion has been about in the past...)
