[IMC-UK-Features] [Imc-uk-contact] feature suggestion - Derbyshire open-cast?

Heya,

we got told that the process for feature approval was it got put up 24
hours later, unless objections.  There weren't any.  It was also said that
it would be useful to write the feature, according to the IMC-UK feature
format, which I read and duly did.  You were sent this 9 days ago.

What's happening?  Could someone deal with this, and respond?
