[IMC-UK-Features] feature suggestion - Derbyshire open-cast?

Sorry about this - looks like it fell through the cracks, but I've

Firstly thank you for writing the feature and for going about this the
right way - following the guidelines, proposing it here etc.  I think
the problem was that we all assumed someone else with admin rights was
pushing this one, and would publish it once the 24 hours were up.
Obviously this didn't happen this time.

If you propose another feature in future (and I hope you do despite our
tardiness) then after the 24 hours are up, please send another email to
the list, replying to the original email, saying that the 24 hours up,
you do not have admin on the site, and could someone please post it for
you.  Then I imagine someone will do it fairly quickly.

You weren't to know that of course, so I quite understand if you're a
bit pissed off about being left for a while, or not having that extra
piece of info explained.
