It should be obvious to anyone reading the archive but just in case some
post/s didn't make it there:
first I asked for the 24 hour to be waived, there was no objection and
one email supporting it.
Then I posted the proposal, there were some comments and proposed
amendments, I implemented the concrete ones, except one which was
explained. The more vague amendments were in the lines of "let's public
the complete list" but no one indicated the url where it was or had been.
Despite the 24 hour rule waive, the feature was published on the front
page well after 24 hours of being proposed here. Any one could have
posted improvements here and not one is too late to post them now.
I agree that the letter with the threat/s , or at least the wording
within it, should be posted to the newswire, can some one do this please
