[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal

hi,
thanks to all who have worked on this feature then read it then reworked
on it. I would some changes too:
I would put all references to the demonstration that still has not
happened at the end of this feature.
and i would take out the local contacts for transport for the demonstration.
.. and I assume that the abstract goes only as far as the links and the
rest of it would go in the "body" i.e. visible after you click on "read
more"?
I do think strongly that without these changes this can not go on the
front page...
