That's right and understandable, but there are always ways of going round
these things: by attributing the info to someone, putting it in a news
context rather than a direct call-out etc. It's all about the language not
intentions imo. I mean you can write a report that something is gonna
happen much as you can report that something has happened. It happens all
the time. Not that i'm advocating going down this route for features, but
we don't have to be so strict imo.
