[IMC-UK-Features] proposal for today

Hi,

thanks for this, ad, however -
if you think this deserves a re-write of the feature, could you do
yourself please?
however2nd: i think this is more appropriate for a comment maybe, or if
you think it is too important, a new report to which we can link to the
main feature?

i think there are more reports now but i'm going to busy myself today
with a uk offline, unless some one wants to heavily help dean on irc :)
