[IMC-UK-Features] Topic Proposal: Sexuality

Hi,

On Monday night a couple of Leeds/Bradford people suggested that there
should be a uk topic for Sexuality which is separate to the Gender
topic that already exists.  I'd also like a separate Sexuality topic
with an rss newswire feed so that I can use it on a queer-friendly
social network site I'm helping develop.

There are already features in the gender section which could have
sexuality ticked, some that could have gender unticked once new
topic is created, and I would be happy to do the work in ticking of
posts.
