[IMC-UK-Features] feature on the big blockade

hi folks,

I didn't get any response to my email below, so I'm assuming that people
are happy for me to write a feature this afternoon for the UK site.

I notice that there has been a proposal to have a feature on the Bristol
Raytheon protests. I wrote most of the Bristol coverage, and it is related
to the Aldermaston protest (both anti-militarist) so I can add a note
about the Bristol protests at the bottom of the Aldermaston feature.
