[IMC-UK-Features] [imc-uk-tech] Comments not working

Hi,

Apologies if you have not recived any answer. I'm not sure if this has
anything to do with the fact that we seem to have lost all mirrors and
we're now operating just with the production server; in any case, at the
moment that is a much more pressing issue with the tech team ...

We need to find mirrors again; after the server seizure we put a note on
the front page and at some point we had more than 10 of them; gradually
we have lost them all, either for bandwidth issues, or lawyers'
pressure, or both.

Maybe it's time to ask the features list to put that note or similar
again on the front page, or maybe sort out at least one more mirror
ourselves? maybe it could be also hosted with riseup?
