I think part of the problem is that the UK site is fricking enormous (tens 
of gigabytes of disk space), which makes it difficult for people to find 
space for a mirror of it. We had to kick it off Chavez because we didn't 
have enough disk space to host anything else at the same time.

If the UK site managers could find time to trim it down to size, we could 
host a mirror on Chavez again. I think that some of the gigabytes of 
years-old photos could probably be removed by now.
