Yes it is with a server that we don't own. We'd have to cancel our current 
server, get another one and set it up. I could get another server but I 
don't have the time or skills to set it up, so unless someone volunteers 
to do that, or we come up with another way to reduce disk space (e.g. the 
Squid cache idea), Chavez cannot mirror the UK site.
