[IMC-UK-Features] Tamil Protest Feature - oooops

I agree that would be a good idea. This protest is really inspiring for
other groups and an important issue that we should be supporting.

(As an aside (and purely opinion) I particularly like the way the police
now appearto be squirming a bit after the negative g20 publicity and their
mistake over the Tamil flags. :-)
