[IMC-UK-Features] Feature: Whaling Ship Sunk

Have incldued an extra paragraph highlighting the documentary series (Whale Wars) thats starting tonight, therefore the feature can go up to coincide with the series starting (as the timing seems a bit too coincidental in my opinion, from the perspective of attracting maximum media/public attention...)

 

Also included related feature links, but not sure what else to put in. I don't think a list of links to UK ocean defence organisations would be appropriate (given that few would agree with the action) apart from Sea Shepherd which is well mentioned.

 

I know JimDog* said they wanted to help edit it before getting it up tonight, just thought I'd let anyone else know (wietse?) incase anyone wanted to throw in any edits/additions.

 

Apart from including details on past scuttles, I can't think what else to put in - so I think I'm done from my end until anyone else has any suggestions. Maybe a few extra details on the issue of whaling would be useful, as there are only brief details (mainly in the last paragraph).

 

On another note I think sometimes its necessary to keeps things quite brief, so as to highlight the individual action/communique/support and not draw too much attention away from it.

 

Hope that makes sense, this is going up as sps tonight I believe. AR

 

PS to anyone interested - Whale Wars starts on the Discovery Channel at 9pm.
