This is exactly my point, look at the 4 gaza features for example (that I'm glad to see). You even said it yourself Richard "the government is being publicly accused of being implicit in torture", so this is a valid reason for this article, along with the exposure footage and solidarity for the shactivists jailed by the state.

Just to confirm though, it was proposed as startpage special, but due to the support indymedia article its now agreed best as topic specials, as the current startpage special will be there for more than 3 weeks, but also as a front page feature.

If I could also propose it for the world topic (as the investigation was in three continents), and maybe analysis as well if that ok, given that reports were released regarding the experiments and coverage obtained? Thanks again.

this article looks much better than before - thank you for taking thetime to improve it.> For the same topics as before; SHAC, Animal Liberation & Health. As> startpage special if possible for a day or so? Then as topic specials> until the event if thats ok, and maybe again on the front page (a few> days before the event) if this is agreed to be acceptable by> Indymedia admins. Hope that makes sense, I realise its probably rare> or unknown for articles to be startpage twice, but I think it makes> sense as the article is effectively two headlines??i'm not sure that it does make sense to have it twice: when it is firstposted, it will be at the top of the page. if it then gets pushed downby subsequent articles prior to the event, it could be pushed back up bymaking it a start page special.arguably, however, the uk server seizure is more important to be kept asa startpage special - although i agree it could be reduced in size. seealso the proposal that was sent to the list by maqui this evening.
