[IMC-UK-Features] [Startpage and banner proposal] Support IMC UK!

Sound good to me - but on one point - the Po Box - is no longer 
working, it closed last month -  so we need to find a new address 
that is reliable. If people are happy to have a London address i 
would suggest LARC - as we have a collection point there.
