Could someone point me to the proposal in the archive I seem to be
missing it (*). I really want it just to object to it being a feature on
the UK front page. It's an event promotion, pure and simple.

(*) I really like it when some people put the link to the proposal in
the internal comments when they post a feature, it's just really clear.
