[IMC-UK-Features] Corrections and clarifications

I've changed the topics ticked on the HLS post - as per original proposal.

No one has replied about the Carmel post and pointed out where it was
proposed to this list, so I'm tempted to take it off UK too. Even more
so because this bit of event promotion 'feature' hasn't resulted in
people actually bothering to make a proper report feature.
