[IMC-UK-Features] Proposal: Occupations topic

Hey!

Having had a go at writing a second feature on the uni occupations and
ground to a halt I would like to propose that we set up an action topic to
compile the extensive reports from the various (18?) occupations:

Title: University Occupations for Gaza
Blurb: Reports and analysis of the wave of university occupations in
solidarity with Gaza

I can't log into the current version of docs to update the relevant wiki.
