[IMC-UK-Features] feature borrowing proposal

Hi,

Leeds-Bradford Indymedia is in a process of regeneration at the moment
(like doctor who) and whilst we're an active collective, we don't seem
to have any active feature writers just at the moment. So our middle
column is moving slooowly.

As a short-term remedy to this, would anyone mind if we tick the
'leeds-bradford' box in some of the 'uk' features sometimes?

I hope that soon we'll be able to reverse the direction and get the
region to contribute more to the UK site, but I feel a need to catalyse
this process by getting some quality content onto our regional page.

Of course if people want to write a feature they should do it anyhow and
if anyone else has ideas for how to get things moving, speak up on the
list or at our next kollective meeting,
