oh, come on jeff! it was clearly proposed to the entire uk site, there
was no mention of it just being for a sub-topic page.

i agree with ben here, i'm afraid, and so did some other people in irc
last night. in any case, it will be pushed down by todays news, so
please let's leave it there.
