[IMC-UK-Features] proposal: raytheon

hi imc-uk-features,

i would like to put up another feature on Bristol's ongoing Raytheon roof
occupation. The guys have been on the roof for more than a month.
Raytheon's weapons are currently being used on Gaza. Two good reasons why
the subject is topical. I will try and put something up after the 24 hours
have passed.
