[IMC-UK-Features] proposal : student occupations feature

I can be bothered. I can write some text and gather links but someone else
will have to finish it off. I've got a bunch of meetings this morning but
I should have something down by lunch. I'll also ring sussex for an update
if they haven't posted one by then.
