[IMC-UK-Features] proposal : student occupations feature

Hello,

Just to let you know that we have a feature about this in IMC-London:

http://london.indymedia.org.uk/articles/534

Even though we've made it a bit 'london centric' it also includes 
university occupations outside London. Use whatever you want from it, 
but probably the UK one should focus on the fact that the occupations 
are now taking place at a ''national' level.
