In which case they'd find no mention of the hides at all, on the
features or moderation lists.

The first article http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2009/01/417687.html
was presumably hidden because the information that makes it nearly
news (a demo announcement) is buried in an attachment, and there's no
information in the remaining text as to why it's news, but without any
report (to the list) of why this was done there's no way for Mr
Balogun to know why his article was hidden.

The rest are duplicates or moderation complaints
(418760,419065,419069,419086,419125,419150,419151), the original
information is unhidden here:

but the effort of hiding them could possibly have been avoided if the
original hide had been explained.
