[IMC-UK-Features] proposal - banking feature

I proposal a UK feature drawing together recent actions and analysis
around the economic crisis.

(do we need an economic crisis topic? I always thought we needed a
capitalism one but globalisation kinda did the trick in most cases but
it's not really right for much of the stuff happening now)

The feature will be hung off the rush on the RBS which should be
taking place this lunch time and also the government of the dead stuff
etc plus the build up to the G20 / summer of rage. The feature will
specifically concentrate on the links being made by campaigners
connecting the economic crisis to the climate crisis but it can be
wider than that.

Here's some text I nicked that could help to form the feature...

As the g20 leaders arrive in London to put a sticking plaster on the
shattered economy, Climate Camp will be exposing how the same
discredited market systems that brought about the financial crisis are
being sold as a solution to the threat of runaway climate change in
the shape of carbon trading. The government would like us to be able
to buy our way out of the responsibility for CO2 emissions in the
Carbon Market, but ultimately we all pay and nature doesn't do bailouts.

Any help on putting this together would be appreciated.

... There are plenty of newswire links to be found but without an
existing category they are a little tricky to locate once they are off
the front page.
