[IMC-UK-Features] addition for banking feature

Could somebody add the following link to the top paragraph of the  
banking feature and to the links section.

His text is pretty good so there might be bits that could be used in  
the feature instead of my efforts.

Also, tonight dissident island radio show is covering a lot of the  
stuff covered by the banking article so I thought it might be a good  
idea to plug it with a link at the top of the feature (or start page  
special) and then take it off around 10pm tonight.
