[IMC-UK-Features] [Imc-london] G20 Dispatch and Reporting Plans

Hi,

quick update feedback from the indy meeting in london last night

dispatch telephone numbers should be out tomorrow - proposal is to put  
a startpage special on uk site as a call for participation in  
reporting with numbers, london will feature same.

there's volunteers for taking calls from sat 28th through till 2nd  
april, though 2nd is looking the weakest atm

people are definatly needed online to help on usual irc (not crabgrass  
system) - i guess a specific g20 room will be made - and doing  
breaking news / timeline / features - thanks to the few folks who have  
said they can help out already.
