Hi Rob.

Great that you're working on a feature. I do think that the finished
article needs to be proposed, as it is difficult to reach a consensus on
something that hasn't yet been seen. The 24 hour period is to allow time
for people to review it.

Schnews should propose their next feature 24 hours before it goes up.
