[IMC-UK-Features] Democracy Village feature

It's been requested by people at the Democracy Village to do an 
Indymedia feature about it - they have their court appeal coming up, and 
they have started an ongoing campaign of direct action, 'Operation 
Rolling Thunder'. I will build up an article, combining last week's 
SchNEWS article, with material from DV, plus bring in links to all the 
other recent DV Indy newswire articles.

Their appeal will be heard on Friday, so they want it up asap - I will 
upload the article Weds night if there's no objections.
