[IMC-UK-Features] Proposed feature article: Sheffield Indy Radio Show #2

Would you like to work on it with me? Might have time later on.

With that in mind, I'm objecting to this particular feature going up as
it doesn't have a full UK scope (despite the fact it could have) and so
is innappropriate for the UK centre column. Would it be ok to
incorporate this into a wider feature that would be appropriate?
