[IMC-UK-Features] How do you change 'upcoming'

Hi Tony

Looks like it's been put up now, but the procedure from the admin start
page is:

Scroll down to EXTRA.

Then click 'Edit include files'.

Then, nearly at the bottom of the right hand column (filename), click on
'events.inc' edit.

This will take you to the page with instructions for the code to use to
include an event.

Click 'save'.
