[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal: undercover police operations in UK

Following the unveiling of a third under-cover police officer (

 ) I think we should try a put a feature together, if anything as an
antidote to the growing number of corporate news reports (which may
continue for a few more weeks if Stone really is planning on selling his
story ) . It would also be good to unite all the disparate but highly
useful information found in the various newswire posts and create a
useful resource for those trying to deal with the fall out from this  .

I think the best thing to do would be to setup a wiki page (on the docs
sever or crabgrass) where we can collate the good news wire articles and
other info (e.g. contact details) . I'm sure the rest of the article
will then write itself.
