[IMC-UK-Features] Proposed Rossport feature

Hi
I'd suggest a paragraph at the beginning of the main body briefly
explaining the history of the Rossport campaign to put it in context.
It also needs links to recent rossport articles on the newswire and a
link to the rossport website, I guess...
