This practice of removing posts not in english has been in actual
practice for so long now i'm actually surprised is not in the guidelines :)

I think maqui's proposed text is more than enough,

I'm not disregarding Welsh language here, there is a group in Wales in
the process of setting up a sub section in the uk imc site and I
understand they thought it reasonable that welsh-only articles would not
have uk ticked, and would only appear on the wales wire.
