A bit about the tour:
>>The Argentina Autonomista Project is a grassroots effort to share non-
hierarchical strategies of resistance to global plundering of the economies
through solidarity delegations to Argentina and tours of unemployed women
and artists to the United States and Europe.
>>i am planning on touring with just one piquetera and myself, with
>>the puppet show. i would be coming from the us and the piquetera
>>from argentina. since we are not sure how much money we can raise,
>>i think it's advisable to keep it down to two people only. tell me
>>what your thoughts are on this, please.
i am enclosing a picture of the puppet show, which is about the
history of the social movements in argentina. its 45 minutes long,
and it uses diverse puppetry techniques, from masks to simple
puppets, to props, painted stories and plastic toys!
i will also talk about the history of argentina's social movements
and do a slide show presentation about argentina's insurrection and
non hierarchichal movements if you can hook my computer up to an lcd
projector. i've been doing this presentation for a while throughout
the us east coast. the piquetera would talk about the piquetero
movement and their experience organizing masses of unemployed workers
in a nonhierarchichal, autonomist way.
