[Imc-uk-network] urgent: whats is up with irc?

dear mates,
after a meeting of 5 hours last night, with no problems whatsoever with my
computer and access to the indy chat. i get now - trying to log on to the
chat (and start working on the statement draft for a pressrelease) the
following message:
forbidden, access to this server is forbidden
!!?? what is up? is it because i am not a linux user and still have
microssoft software for accessing the chat?
