hello all 
the problem the liverpool site has is lack of use and lack of articles 
therefor i do not think that extra controls should be implemented unless absolutly 
nesesary,that is if the site is being used excesivly by undesirable elements 
such as the fash,in fact editorial control should be relaxed a little in order 
to encourage use of the site
