[Imc-uk-network] Donation to imc-uk

Sharp Capitalists have multi curency accounts that get them around 
having to pay the money changers.  Does anyone know what sort of money 
such accounts need to be set up?   I heard of an expatriate software 
engineer who had one.  It might be worth looking into for using, or 
there might be a news item.
